Senior Designer @ IBM

July 2022 – Present

Built and governed reusable component libraries for enterprise digital banners in Figma, leveraging auto-layout and scalable variants, reducing design production time by 75% across teams.

 

Led the Pictogram Guild, identifying system gaps and guiding collaborative development of new icon sets including UFC, F1, Tennis, Fantasy Football, and Golf — resulting in the launch of a new Sports pictogram category.

 

Collaborated directly with Adobe product teams to provide structured feedback and insights on Adobe Express, Adobe Acrobat, and GenStudio, influencing alignment with enterprise brand guidelines.

 

Implemented Adobe Firefly for generative image creation, producing 10+ production-ready visuals deployed across physical installations, significantly reducing dependency on outsourced 3D and photography vendors.

 

Partnered with the Global Creative Director to develop the People Illustration Kit for IBM Design Language, strengthening brand consistency across platforms.

Conducted internal training sessions on IBM Design Language and contributed as a volunteer facilitator for Enterprise Design Thinking (EDT) workshops.
